GENERAL INFORMATION:
The 2012 GASHE Annual Meeting will be held in McRae, GA (Little Ocmulgee State Park & Lodge) March 7th-9th. This year’s Golf Tournament and Trap Shoot, hosted by Metro Power, will take place on Wednesday, March 7th and the Tradeshow will take place on Thursday, March 8th, from 10AM – 2PM.
As a member hospital engineer, you are invited to participate in the Annual Meeting and Tradeshow, as well as the Golf Tournament or Trap Shoot. Please note that there is no charge or cost for healthcare engineers to attend this important meeting or to play in the Golf Tournament or Trap Shoot. GASHE is pleased to provide complimentary hotel accommodations (double occupancy, due to limited space) at Little Ocmulgee State Park for all engineers. All member hospital engineers must register online to ensure your spot.
As a business partner (or future business partner), you are invited to participate in the Annual Meeting and Tradeshow, as well as the Golf Tournament or Trap Shoot, hosted by MetroPower, and each of the dinner events. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Complimentary hotel accommodations are provided to Hospital Engineers, but you must register online.
All rooms at Little Ocmulgee are booked. Please book your hotel at one of the surrounding Dublin hotels listed below.
The Holiday Inn Express is giving us a special rate of $77 per night. When Business Partners call they must use GASHE as the code when making their reservations in order to get this rate. This includes: full hot breakfast, each room has microwave, refrigerator, flat screen tvs and comes either King or Doubles.
Shuttle service will be provided by GASHE on both days of the conference. There are also 30 RV/Camping lots at Little Ocmulgee.
