The organization meets quarterly on the second Friday In the months of March. June, September, and December, at the Little Ocmulgee State Park Conference Center In McRae, Georgia. Meetings start at 9:00 a.m. and are over by 1:00 p.m., except In March. The March meeting Is a two-day education/ vendors' trade show meeting at the Park In McRae.

Annual dues for healthcare engineers are $20.00 (effective March 1-February 28). For information on membership for business partners, please refer to the "Sponsorship Opportunities" section of the website.
